Deep dive into the physical activity/movement aspect of your wellness regimen

Service Description

This class will cover different aspects of fitness, such as aerobic vs. anaerobic exercise, weight training, endurance, speed training, yoga, stretching, mind-body connection, High Intensity Interval Training, and functional fitness. We'll go over what type of training you need when, how to be successful at your fitness routine, and how to maintain an optimal level of physical activity despite having a busy schedule. We'll end the class with a heart-pumping 30-minute bodyweight workout. (Class led by a Level I CrossFit trainer)
