We will discuss how nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle interventions can help you meet those goals. This is a chance to meet each other and determine if we are a good fit to work together.

During this individual telehealth session, you will have time to discuss your health concerns as we develop a plan of care. We will have an in-depth discussion about the nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle factors that contribute to your health and wellness goals. Lab work and other tests will be ordered as necessary.

Medical advice can only be provided for TX residents.

During this shorter individual telehealth session, we will discuss your progress, lab results, and make any necessary modifications to your current plan.  Must be booked within 1 month of your last 1-hour consultation.
